We will gather personal information through lawful and fair means, ensuring the knowledgeable or consensual involvement of the individual. The collected personal data will be pertinent to the intended use and must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date as required for these purposes.

 

We will safeguard personal information using reasonable security measures to protect against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. Our policies and practices regarding personal information management will be readily available to customers. Payment for Our Services:

 

All customers utilizing Fairy Maid's cleaning services are required to complete payment promptly after the cleaning job is finished. Payments can be made in cash to ours cleaners or via email transfer to fairymaidsinfo@gmail.com, or you can use your Visa debit card, Visa, or MasterCard by tapping your card through the Housecall Pro app.

 

Pricing Structure for Fairy Maid's Services:

 

We offer a set rate for a 4-hour cleaning service, 2 hours per cleaner, which includes two cleaners and all necessary supplies. Our rates are competitive within the cleaning industry and aligned with other cleaning companies. The set rate applies only if the cleaning services are completed within the 4-hour timeframe. 

 

If additional time is required to complete the job, a fee of $28.00 per hour for each cleaner will apply. Please note that cleaning jobs can vary significantly in size and messiness, which can affect the time required to complete them, and is beyond the control of our cleaners.

Our location Service area:

​

For all clients and customers located outside our service area, there will be a travel fee associated with your cleaning service. Our cleaners utilize Uber to ensure they can reach their jobs, as many of them do not own vehicles. We provide transportation to our cleaners, ensuring they can serve our customers effectively.

 

If you are within our jurisdiction of $21.00 to $24.00, you will not incur this fee. However, for clients outside our specified boundaries, there will be no travel fee for your first cleaning, as the company will cover it. For subsequent cleanings, the travel fee will apply.

Amount Of Cleaners Provided:

​

While Fairy Maid's can be busy at times, we offer cleaning services with the availability of two cleaners, depending on our schedule. However, there may be instances where only one cleaner is sent. All of our cleaners are fully trained to handle any task independently. We appreciate your understanding and patience as our services are in high demand. Thank you!

Deep Cleaning and Move In & Out Cleaning:

​

Please be aware that some homes will require the full 4 hours allocated for the quoted rate for deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning, while others may exceed this time due to size and the level of mess. All customers will be charged for any additional time at a rate of $28.00 per hour, per cleaner.

Process of the Different Cleaning Services:

​

When you move into a new home, that is considered a move-in cleaning, which typically focuses on preparing the space for your arrival. When you move out of a home, that is considered a move-out cleaning, which usually involves thoroughly cleaning the space after you leave. 

 

Please understand the difference between basic cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, and move-out cleaning, as each service involves different processes and levels of cleaning and time. There are specific procedures associated with each to ensure the job is done properly.

The payment for move-in, move-out, and deep cleaning services is separate and includes a set duration of 4 hours. After the 4 hours are completed, there will be an additional fee of $28 per hour, per cleaner. Please note that our basic cleaning services are offered at a flat rate with no additional hourly charges.

​​Unpaid services fees:

 

Outstanding payments for cleaning services provided to you.

Please be advised that prompt payment is essential for our business and the dedicated cleaners who work diligently to serve you. If your account remains unpaid, we will make 4 attempts to retrieve the cleaning fees owed. However, if payment is not received, we may need to escalate the matter to ensure payment is collected. This could involve engaging a collection agency to recover the owed amounts.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our team's hard work deserves timely compensation, and we thank you for respecting their efforts.

​​Basic cleaning services:

​

Our basic cleaning service is offered at a set rate based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the overall size of your home.

 

Basic Cleaning Includes:

- Emptying and replacing all garbage bags  

- Cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, living & dining areas, TV rooms, offices and kitchen  

- Dusting all furniture, baseboards, and window sills  

- Mopping and vacuuming all floors, hallways, and staircases  

- Light spot-cleaning of walls (small marks here and there)  

- Removing fingerprints from windows and glass doors & more. 

 

This is a maintenance service designed to keep your home clean and up to date, whether you schedule it weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or every three weeks.

 

Preparing Your Home for Cleaning

 

To ensure an efficient and thorough clean, your home must be ready on the day of service:

 

- Toys:

  Please remove all toys from the floors before our cleaners arrive. Our cleaners do not tidy or organize toys, as this takes significant time away from the actual cleaning.

 

- Clothing:

  Any large amounts of clothing on the floors must be picked up and put away before your appointment.

 

- Bedding (if you want beds changed): 

  Please remove used bedding and place clean sheets on top of each bed. Our cleaners will make the beds with the fresh linens provided.

 

If toys and/or large amounts of clothing are left on the floor, a $40.00 penalty fee may be added to cover the extra time needed for our cleaners to pick up and clear the floors.

 

To avoid this fee, please have your home floor-ready before your scheduled cleaning
