Fairy Maid's Cleaning Duties, What Each of Our Services Offers.

MOVE IN & OUT Cleaning Duties:

- Wipe down backsplash tiles in kitchen

- Clean windows (inside) only

- Dust all blinds

- Clean patio doors (inside & out)

- Clean window frames and seals

- Clean all doors, door frames, and baseboards

- Vacuum and mop all floors

- Spot wipe walls

- Clean all bedrooms and bathrooms

- Clean the outside of all appliances

- Clean the inside of the microwave

- Clean out & inside of all cupboards drawers in kitchen & bathrooms

- Remove all garbages

- Clean all mirrors

- Clean all sinks, tubs and shower stalls

- Clean all toilets 3/60

- Shine all chromes

- Dust all chandeliers and lamp shades

- Wipe all Light fixtures

- Clean inside of all closets

Please be aware that some homes will require the full 4 hours allocated for the quoted rate for move-in/move-out cleaning, while others may exceed this time due to size and the level of mess. All customers will be charged for any additional time at a rate of $28.00 per hour, per cleaner.

Please note: extra fees for cleaning inside the fridge and oven, basement or garage.

DEEP Cleaning Duties:

- Clean all doors, door frames, and baseboards

- Vacuum and mop all floors

- Vacuum sofas and chairs

- Dust all furnitures

- Spot wipe walls

- Clean all bedrooms and bathrooms

- Clean the outside of all appliances

- Clean the inside of the microwave

- Clean outside of all cupboards drawers in kitchen & bathrooms

- Change all garbages

- Clean all picture frames and mirrors

- Clean all sinks, tubs and shower stalls

- Clean all toilets 3/60

- Shine all chromes

- Dust all chandeliers and lamp shades

- Wipe all Light fixtures

- Make all beds & change sheets

- Clean all boot trays

- Clean inside of front closets

Please be aware that some homes will require the full 4 hours allocated for the quoted rate for deep cleaning, while others may exceed this time due to size and the level of mess. All customers will be charged for any additional time at a rate of $28.00 per hour, per cleaner.

- Clean all toilets 3/60
